You can get about as big as you want. Check out Carradice bags at www.wallbike.com or Baggins bags at www.rivbike.com. The Carradice Camper or the Baggins Hoss.
The Carradice Camper is about 820 cubic inches. the Hoss is about 1000 cubic inches.
If you need more room, you can strap stuff to the outside of either. If these are too much for you to handle, there are smaller sizes of each brand available.
