Just pointing out another ridiculous post. Besides, you went right to Google to figure out who Victor Hugo Pena was anyway...
No actually that name didn't ring any bells for me and I didn't look it up, but I did remember Hincapie's impressive stage victory again, which was largely due to team tactics anyway.
And you didn't "prove me wrong", two examples out of ~147 stages don't mean anything.
