Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - Anybody out there know anything about obscure french-made bikes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Yesterday I picked up a bike from a dude off craigslist called a Concorde. The model seems to be Luxe. It has stickers on it that say "Hand Made" and "Made in France." All of the components are french made things Huret, Mafac, and Simplex. It has some pinstriping that def done by hand by somebody at some point. Can't tell if it's original or not.
This is NOT a "Concord" (famous for Freedom/Freedom Deluxe) which was a brand made in Japan/Taiwan, nor is it the "Concorde" which was a dutch brand made by Ciocc in Italy which often came Campy equipped.
It is making for some frustrating research due to the fact that the above two "Concord(e)s" are relatively well known. I'm excited to mess with it and clean it up, but I just wanted to know if anybody knew anything about this lil bebe.
Sounds like a French make department store bike from the boom era. Post some pictures, including the drive side and someone will ID it.
Most french bikes from the boom era = non-standard bottom bracket cups, non-standard headset, non-standard pedals, etc. While you can find parts, its more work than the generic stuff used by the common bikes made in the US, Japan and Taiwan. Of course, you are fine as long as the parts that are there work, and as long as you don't want to upgrade. Even then, it just costs you more $$.
The Peugeots have a following, department store bikes do not.
In later years, the french migrated to the standard sizing others were using.
During the bike boom everybody and their brother was selling bikes, from the gas stations, to the tire stores, to the discount stores, to almost every department store, etc. Many of them just put their house brand on a generic bike. We got my bike as a kid at the lawn mower repair shop (private branded knockoff of a Schwinn Stingray).

looks like the cousin of a pug UO8
Picture looks like the headbadge (decal) was just slapped on top of the paint. If so, it is likely a rebadge of some generic bike, similar to many department store bikes.

Anybody out there know anything about obscure french-made bikes?
Just that there's a reason they're obscure. They're french-made bikes....
