hey are we allowed to make new tour related threads in the tour forum or do you not want it to get cluttered?, if so, where do we post about tour related subjects that are not about any one stage. shouldnt there be a tour general disscussion

Nah. If you have ANYTHING to say about the Tour this year, place it all in that forum. We're all pretty smart cookies here, so I don't think there's a need to have a whole bunch of sub forums, since it's all about racing, and specifically... one race.
