Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I probably should have done this a few weeks ago when
I stumbled in here....
My most humble apology if I've broken ettiquette

I'm Marty, employed as a computer geek for mainframe
systems.
I've been on and off the bike seriously since mid 70's,
and had a slew of Kids bikes before that.
my first real ride was a Viscount Aerospace Pro
(Lambert) with the original Death Fork.

I'm currently on an 85 Trek 670, and am building
up an older Serotta.
I'm an Asst. Instructor for Scuba Diving, spend alot
of time underwater.
I have recently returned to US after 5 years in South Africa.
I live in the Dallas Texas area where there are NO hills and
no ocean.

This is a great community, I'm glad I joined in on this one.

Marty
