First up LeaderBike USA,
I very recently ordered a TT frame from them. It was a pleasant transaction with them. After speaking with Chris and Sal on the phone, I had a really nice 735TT frame arrive a few days later that is awaiting a build-up. Really nice frame at a price a guy like me can afford. Well packaged I might add.

A year ago I was in the market for a very inexpensive road bike in order to see if I was going to stay with cycling, and to get an idea for what my next bike would be, so I ordered a Wellington 2.0. Smooth deal. Can't complain, even the shifting was perfect out the box for the first 300 miles. After that, the front derailleur needed adjustment, and so on. That Windsor Wellington 2.0 btw is a pretty good bike.......the only thing it really needs is a better seat post that has more adjustment options. The stock rims it comes with are amazingly strong.......I ran into stuff that should've destroyed them, rode them flat, etc. Those things hold up. The only heads up on that bike.......CHANGE THE RIM TAPE! It comes with the cheap rubber type and you will get a flat from a spoke on your first or second ride! You've been warned on that one.
Nashbar..........
These guys pissed me off twice.......two major online orders, and none ever went through. Calling them was useless as their excuse would always be that the website needs time to download the order. What really got me is that I went into a false sense of everything being okay because I actually received e-mail confirmations of the orders. I discovered that the card had not been charged on the first occassion a week later and was on point on the second order. The solution for me was to call my order in on a third attempt, after which a rep gave making things better a shot by giving me a free two day FED EX on my order. I guess that sort of made it better.
