Does anybody know anything about Nishiki Prestige road bikes? I really don't know what to look for and I'm interested in this specific one. What are they worth? Are they good bikes? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

$200 in the condition that it appears to be in (pretty nice, but a little dirty). $250 if it were absolutely immaculate and fully ready to ride (recent tune up, etc).
The Prestige is a very nice bike with a nice Tange Infinity frame and very nice Cyclone components. Higher end, 1980s Japanese quality.

+1, on the price estimate. One of my favorite brands. I'm guessing a 1987. It's a 12 speed, maybe with index shifters. Either Tange Infinity or Tange 2 tubing, either way nice double butted frame. I have an 85 or 86 Prestige. I'm sinking quite a bit into it to make it a regular rider.
The more I look at it, maybe it's a little older than a 87. If it is, it might have the nicer Tange 2 tubeset, but not index shifting. Still a nice ride.

I've bought two Nishiki Prestiges and almost a third! Great bikes and my girlfriend and her sister love theirs.
