Hi Roadies in Northwest Arkansas -- The Ozark Roadies bike group will ride out of Elkins on Saturday, August 1 at 8:00 a.m. The ride will leave Elkins, ride out Black Oak Road to Sulphur City, pick up 43 South out to old 71 and on to the Brentwood Rest Stop on 71 for a pit stop and refueling. The ride will be approximately 40 miles.
Directions from Fayetteville: Hwy 16E toward Elkins. You will go over two bridges on the White River. Look for Harris Community Road on the right, and immediately take the first left and then another left into the parking lot of a rustic, log-type building.
This is a very scenic, low-traffic route, so come out and join the Roadies. We are a fun, friendly group and welcome new riders.
