What do you think?
Does 750 seem like a fair price?
Also, any idea on the year?
Thanks!

I think US made, 1985-87. Whether or not it's worth $750 depends in part on the components, and I can't really assess those from the posted photos. If the condition is good and the components are all, or mostly, Campagnolo and all, or mostly, top quality, then it's worth $750.

As previoulsy noted the .00001 megapixel pictures are to blurry. Is it red?

Is it red?
You mean the wall?
(Why is it people will spend $500 on a cell phone they can use to take bad pictures but not $150 for a halfway decent digital camera?)

This one needs an up close and personal inspection. the head lug cutouts and the fork crown appear as a Henry James Masi crown, a Masi USA deal, Alberto Masi signature?
This screams of repaint at this pixel view.
So, to answer your question, if the frame is sound, Yes worth the money. Would be worth more in original paint. With a serial number is might be possible to make a good guess as to the builder.

That looks like a Faliero sig. decal to me. The seatstay plugs say USA to me as well - probably with the cast bridge.

Look closely, I just ran over to an Italian 3V, I am very sure its Alberto.

I just ran over to the wall of my office and back to the computer, and having encountered no Masis, am quite willing to defer. Definitely raises the repaint spectre. Does look like the US seatstay plug.
I got up from my computer and ran into the wall, didn't find a Masi but I did find
this photo which sorta kinda matches what my tired aged eyes thinks they see in
the OPs photo.

I agree with repechage that the crown looks like Henry James. The plugs of course came to the US from Italy, and the "Alberto" decal says Italy. Still maybe a bit odd that it has the Hank Jimmy bits. Maybe Alberto used them at some point, or maybe as repechange suggests a possible repaint. I'm still betting US GC circa 1985-87, possibly redone.
