Title says it all......Ill be in Panama City FL for the week of Aug 8. Any group road rides I should know about? Any locals looking for a ride partner?

I've seen some group rides posted in shops when I'm down that way, and typically run across some groups - always riding the opposite direction - when I'm out around 8am for my morning runs. there's an old-time donut shop just west of PCB proper (Sunnyside, Laguna?) on Beach 98 where I usually stop for a sugar fix.
Won't be there in August, however. Have fun.

Here's a link to the Panama City Bike Club http://www.pccycling.org/calendar.html The president of the club works here http://www.bigdaddysrentals.com/. This shop is located west of Panama City in Blue Mountain Beach along Scenic highway 30A, 30A has a bike path and not a lot of traffic. These guys used to do regular rides not sure if they still do. http://www.robinsbikes.com/
Saturday morning's I ride my Big Dummy from Dune Allen to Seaside for the Farmer's market from 8-12. Stop by I ususully have a special for anyone pedaling to the market.
