Hi guys.
Do you use your BMXs as urban vehicles?
Is there a need for any adaptation, like higher seat posts?
It would be strange/unconfortable for a 5´8" guy to ride a BMX around town?
Thank you.

shouildnt be too bad, just get some smoother tires for street use "like the checkerboard type instead of the standard knobs", and experiment with seatpost hieght an such.
Don't forget your lights if your riding at night....in some cities police can be rather quick with handing out tickets for not having proper lights on your bike.
I used to ride around uptown houston ALOT even after I was driving for a few years.. it just brought simplicity to everything..... the seat post will definately be a problem if you raise it too much....a simple task like bunnyhopping up a curb will become really painful if you raise it to a comfortable pedaling position....
