I only saw bits of Al and Bob and I sympathize. Al seems obsessed with Lance and Bob doesn't seem to take anything seriously. He didn't actually answer any of the "ask Bob" questions I heard. How do they expect to keep the new cycling audience if they laugh in their faces?
Overall, I think it's normal to talk about Lance more, you don't see a 5 time winner trying to be the first to win for a sixth time everyday. Even the other channel talks about him more than about other riders.
