......ride my bike. I had requested this week off months ago due to my son's birthday and my 40th birthday being only 3 days apart. My son started football practice this week so I was not able to travel with the family. I have spent the whole week riding my bike 2 times per day with a swim in the pool in between. I have to say it has been the best week ever. I hope to have 300 miles for the week by Saturday :thumb:

Nice! I usually 'burn' my PTO for a week at a time to go riding as well :D

we should ride sometime! I have lots of time off.
Going to Marin this weekend to ride but will be ready to go whenever.
