Holy Clyde Power, Batman. This is what happens when I notice my right foot is loose in the clips, I don't bother to adjust it and then stand and climb for about a week. Whoops. This has certainly been my week for learning what NOT to do (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=567522) on my bike...

Until I can afford clipless, shoes & cleats (Probably not until the end of August at best), these should be replaced, right? That much twisting on the alloy cage probably made it pretty weak, not to mention that it's now taking stress in a shape it was not designed for.

Anyone have recommendations for good, strong caged pedals that will take toe clips? The pedals being inexpensive would be a welcome bonus! :)
