Hey gang!!!
My name is Jerry and I am 36 years old. I am 5'11 and checking in at 248 lbs. I purchased a bike a year ago along with the wife. I started out small only completing 4-5 miles at a time and worked my way up to 22-25 miles a day. I got stupid and stopped riding. I wish I had some kind of excuse, but I do not.
I dont know what clicked the other day, but it did. I cleaned the dust off of my bike (trek 7200) and took it for a spin... Now I am finishing up my first week riding. I have a passion for it this time, I enjoyed it last time, but something is different this time..
Anyhow, I am trying to change my diet and plan on riding everyday possible. My goals are for some charity rides this year and to start working up for the HH in 2010. I will purchase a good road bike in October (suggestions welcomed!)..
Any how.. just wanted to say hello!!!
