Triathlon - Where to buy cheap 650c wheels

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I am building up a TRI bike as my second bike, I have basically come to the fact that I can build a new 7005 Aluminum bike with 105 components and aero seatpost and fork for about $350 without wheels, however is there anywhere I can get a cheap set of wheels? Hell even used works but those are even less common than new 650c wheels. The only wheels I've found so far are $200 Alex 300 wheels but I want to see if I have other options. Also, does anyone know how much a Bike shop would charge to build a wheel if I brought in Rims and hubs?

Neil,
Try Chuck's Bikes (http://www.chucksbikes.com). They have a nice Velocity Spartacus wheelset, (650c or 700c) for $185. These might work for you...(no affiliation, just a bargain hunter like you). If you don't mind, what are you using to build your bike (frame manufacturer, model, components)?
