Hi, I'm looking for a few good routes around Oberlin, Ohio or Wellington, Ohio, say within 50 miles of either one? We will be there next week for a quilt show.

Your best bet would be to Email the Lorain Wheelmen:

www.lorainwheelmen.org

The should have maps of their invitational rides (32 to 100 miles) and know the area well. Most of their ride start at the Oberlin depot, in the center of town. If you check their ride calender they might have a ride that fits your schedule.

Roadfan, That is my stomping grounds, I have and can give you lots of options. PM me and I can provide you. Give me a general idea of what you like and the times you would be riding and I can work something out. There are several clubs that do rides and the roads for the most part are country, with light traffic and there are trails in the area as well.

Hey Ken,

Here's a metric route that is all rural roads, very nice, low traffic. Not a whole lot in the way of stores and restaurants, so you will want to pack your water and snacks.
