I have a '74 Atala with chrome lugs, that I'd really like to repaint and rechrome. I've seen the posts on repainting, and a friend of mine said I could get the decals custom made from pictures. I haven't found anything on rechroming, especially lugs that are still on the frame...is that even possible?
