Giordana (http://www.gitabike.com/cgi-bin/shop/giordana_loadhome.cgi?user_id=id&file=giordana.html) has a sizing chart - link attacked.

I find that Giordana sizes run small - so a US med is a large.
Not sure if this is what your looking for.

There is no consistency is sizing so buy from a place you can make returns until you find a brand that works for you.

If you know the brand you may be able to find a brand specific size chart. Also, I've seen Internet retailers offer their own size adjustments...

I am a 32/34 waist- depends on how Hungry I was and how much PIE. I taken a European Medium if that helps. (Whether it was a large helping or not)
