Next month I will be moving into the 2ns phase of my training and was wondering what day I should do sprints, intervials and hills?
Should I do the hills before I do my sprints (different days) or sprints before hills?

I don't think it matters which workout you do first as long as there is a recovery day in between.

We need more information.
Describe phase 1 of your training. How much has your performance improved? And what are you training for, exactly?
G'day,
agree with the previous poster. What sort of a 'base' do you have?. what have you been doing?. You will do more harm than good moving to hills & sprints without an appropriate 'base' phase in your training. Hills & sprints are normally in the 'build' phase. What are you training for & when?....You can't hold a 'peak' for to long s o your 'build' needs to be phased appropriately,
cheers,
Hitchy

sprint up the hills hehehe
actually when I lived in NM I would take one day out of the week and ride to the Sandia Peak apx 100 miles from my front door, the rest of the time I was riding wherever and whenever, i would sprint when I was on flats or just spin for a while, there were times when i would sprint on the flats on my way to the Peak, so basically I would say if you are working on hills take a couple days, Monday work on distancem Tuesday work on sprints , Wednesday work on hills, Thursday just spin, Friday work on sprints, Saturday work on hills and Sunday ride the organized rides or centuries....
rotsa ruck, and be safe :)
