Help!
My rim tape needed replaced (4 punctures, 4 days), and I quickly got some continental plastic thick rim tape....translucent orange. Yummy.
Where do I start? Do I have to cut a hole for the presta valve? Overlap?
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

next time you should get Velox tape (made of fabric)..
But you start at the valve hole, and go around making sure the tape stays perfectly centerd... and then overlap a bit..
make sure to pay attention when you put the tires back on, you can push the tape to the side and expose a nipple hole.. I always take the tire off after a few hours of pressure, to make sure the tape is still covering the holes.. once the tape is under pressure for a few hours it will not move..

rim tape should have the hole for the valve already. Are you sure you didn't get tire liners by mistake?

Yeah, sorebutt, I realise that now. :)
