two nice frames at a similar price point.

Anybody have opinions one way or the other?

I see the crossbow has a rack and fender eyelets. So it seems to be more like a kona jake frame idea...the hole shot seems more racy.

then again - Ive never ridden a Ridley - they look awesome though. I only see them passing me...

I looked at both of these framesets. I think they are pretty close to the same in terms of tech, but it seemed as though they have very different geometries. Crossbow graphics are sweet.

i'd go with whichever frame's geometry fits you better.

that said, i LOVE my ridley crosswind. i commute to work on it, race it, and occasionally trail ride with it. the crossbow has the same geometry, just heavier tubing than the crosswind. i love it's super tall bb. it handles great and the 61 geometry fits me perfectly. it's one of the very few cross bikes for tall people that doesn't have a super long toptube or a short headtube.
