I have had this bike for awhile. It was my older brothers bike that was given to me. I never really ride bikes anymore and I was wondering how much I could sell this for. Check out the photos. Its a Firenze road bike. It looks like its says OT. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

I don't think it's worth very much. Firenze, at least the GL5000 model, was given away for free a long while ago with purchase of stereo equipment from TV & Stereo store.

Not worth much at all, but a bike is a bike. Someone out there may be looking for something to get around town. Get a few bucks for it or just use it as a beater bike to get around town.

The man who was giving them away also got sued because many of the frames/forks broke and people were seriously injured. Roger

If those are the same Firenze bikes that were given away in the late 80s and that came into the bike shop where I wrenched, you'd need to pay someone to take it off your hands.

Yes, it sucks. Basically a bike shaped object. Might be worth riding until you find something decent. Not worth putting any time/effort/or parts into it. Your time is worth something, so if you are going to do that much work, find a nice frame to start with.

Do the opposite, use the components and get rid of the frame and fork. All I use Firenze bikes for are parts. YMMV.
