They're both decent deals, there might be mitigating factors checking them in person.
The answer, like many, is "it depends".
What sort of bike do you need?
Might meet the seller at a LBS if you don't feel comfortable assessing the bike for fit/quality/etc.

Both look like good deals. I thought prices were outrageous in Portland. I'd go for the Schwinn, unless you plan on going off-road. Put a B67 on it and it'd even look cool.
