Bicycle Mechanics - Which of these is the best Deal?
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

They're both decent deals, there might be mitigating factors checking them in person.
The answer, like many, is "it depends".
What sort of bike do you need?
Might meet the seller at a LBS if you don't feel comfortable assessing the bike for fit/quality/etc.

You seem to have cross-posted this in the C & V forum as well. You really shouldn't do that. Making more work for the moderator.

Both look like good deals. I thought prices were outrageous in Portland. I'd go for the Schwinn, unless you plan on going off-road. Put a B67 on it and it'd even look cool.

You really shouldn't cross post the same thread to multiple forums. Agreed, get the Schwinn. For now, though, I'm closing this thread but won't delete it. ;)
