Hello,
New member here...just joined today!!
I picked up a used 2002 Trek 4300 today. Needs a tune up and some new parts. Has anyone been to Laguna Bike Shop in Elk Grove for service?

I am afraid that I do not venture out to the Sactown area all too often, so I don't know of the Laguna Bike Shop, or any bike shops out there for that matter.

hi rcsting.... Laguna Bike Shop is on Laguna Blvd. Close to Old Spaghetti Factory. I'll have to check out Kinetic Cycles too.
have you had work done there before?
Kinetic Cycles is a quality bike shop. I have gone on two different occasions and the service has been top notch.

Welcome to cycling ryan. Not much mtn biking in Elk Grove though... That Laguna Bike Shop is pretty weak. It's a one-man show. He may do good work but he's not been very friendly or helpful the two times I have gone in there. Kinetic is a mixed bag. I have tried to have them work on my bike 2x but the turnaround has been ridiculous. Their sales are pretty good when they have them, otherwise their bikes and gear are overpriced.
Mike's Bikes in Sac pretty much gets all of my wrench business. They are quick, thorough, friendly and Nachomc will totally agree with me on this :p
