Forum Suggestions & User Assistance - Can I put an entire sub-forum on ignore?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

There is a sub-forum I do not wish to view and/or accidentally reply to, and I'd like to put it on ignore such that none of its threads show up on the "View New Posts" search.
Can this be done?

Geeze! Who peed in your Cornflakes? One solution would be to not subscribe to anything and just visually sweep forums that interest you. The ones in Bold print are either new threads, or have additional content since your last visit.

LOL I'd tell you, but I might get hit over the head with a Chrome bag...

No, it's not possible. Just don't click on it.
