Forgive me for being a noob, but my lbs swears by the Iron Horse brand. Has anyone here ridden an Iron Horse road bike, or more specifically the 2004 Glory (http://www.ironhorsebikes.com/products/road/glory.shtml)? It's sporting Ultegra for around $1000. I took it out and it felt pretty good.
Anyone know if they're any good?

Bicycling mag gave Iron Horse a good rating - best bike under $600 - or something like that. Certainly not the Glory.
And a buddy of mine has the '03 Glory and likes it a lot. Check out the prices on them at getawaybikes.com

My son rides a 2002 Iron horse. The frame is well built and I beleive it's the same frame that Trek used on their 1000's at the time. All the components are good quality and most are third party brand stuff just like the components on other popular bikes (Giant, Trek, Specialized....). The reviews are good at http://www.roadbikereview.com/2003+Road+Bike/Iron+Horse+Bicycle+Company,+Inc./PRD_138789_4338crx.aspx
but that's last years model. They don't have any information for 2004.
Iron Horse typically makes a good bike. I've only seen a couple that were basketcases but after meeting the owners I quickly understood.
