Too bad they didn't have YouTube back then. It would be hilarious to watch. I am afraid it would look like he was humpin her down the road as they bounced along.

I`ve seen a normal bike (minus drivetrain) with wheels like this for one person. It has been on TV, so I am sure it is on YouTube also. Just need to figure out what to search for.

Ha ha! Bouncy ride! Not much in the way of ground clearance on that machine!
I think it was 25ish years ago, my cousin had one of these, IIRC with smaller wheels. I couldn't "ride" it, but he could.

During Spezi (German Specialist Bike Show) the last 2 years, there have been a few normal bikes, which have been converted with a solid footrest through the BB & then 1 off-centre wheel, looks like a 2-wheeled PoGo stick coming towards you! :roflmao2:
