Hello Everyone... thought it was time to join the community. I've been cycling for well over two decades and just came to the realization that it doesn't always have to be so solitary. I'm glad I stumbled across this forum.
I currently ride a 86' Bianchi Giro and in fact have ridden it for the last 23 years. Purchased in 1987, it has proven to be a wise investment. Over the years it has seen many states (from the back of a moving truck, mostly), allowed me to log a 1000+ rides, listened to my mid-ride rantings and mutterings, seen the pavement too up close and personal (just a few times), and waited with me patiently for the first days of spring while dreading the onslaught of winter. Overall it has been a great ride so far.
I look forward to reading everyone's insights, advice and suggestions, and hope to form friendships along the way.
