I have found an Allegro road frame and fork at my LBS. It also has campy dropouts. It is red and the decals on the seat tube are peeling. There is no apparent rust. I haven't been able to find out much about the frame except that it is Swiss and steel. An employee was given the frame but isn't sure what it is worth. I like it, but am not sure on what to offer him. Any suggestions?
