One of the local fellows brought this Pinarello track frame by today, and asked if I could quiz C&V on pegging the production date:

He is convinced it is somewhere between 1989 and 1992 - supposedly, that is what he was told. After looking through the '89 catalog (and all the PT-engraved seatstay caps), I'm convinced it is post-1989. I can't find much on the 1990's, '91s and '92s, much less any track frame they produced during that time with Oria tubing.
Darn thing doesn't even have a model name on it (and I know it isn't a "Trevisio"). Looks like the 1989 Amatore, though that doesn't prove much (and the '89s used lugged crown forks, not internal crown).
Anyone care to chime in?
