I have read about "hill repeats".
Can anyone recommend a beginner / moderate training regime for me? I live in the san fernando valley in southern california. North Hills / Northridge city to be more specific.
routes, tips, schedules, lengths of rides, nutrition, anything will be helpful for a novice like me.
A little info about me:
Been riding consistently (3 days a week) for 3 months
I ride a fixed gear with brakes.
Longest ride so far is 41 miles (i could keep going)
I ride with a camelbak - so i have plenty of water.
I can only ride at night because of work.
My goal for now is to complete a century ride and more - LA to San Diego or vice versa
Current routes I ride:
