I'll be in Albuquerque for the first part of the week staying in the Old Town Area.

Not that I know of near Oldtown, but there's North-East Cyclery (http://maps.google.com/maps?oe=utf-8&rls=com.pclinuxos:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=North-East+Cyclery&near=Albuquerque,+NM&fb=1&split=1&gl=us&view=text&latlng=4450200597073643067). Not sure if there's other places, but this is what a friend of mine found when he came to town.
A bit far from where you are, but if you don't have a car, you can take the rapid ride from Oldtown to the transfer station (Uptown transfer station, end of the line) and take the Menaul bus (line 8) to the LBS.
You'll be near the Bosque trail, which is a nice long flat stretch without traffic. Also check nmcycling.org for some nice routes, and the city's bike map: http://www.cabq.gov/gis/bikemap.html

Thanks...I managed to shoehorn our bikes in the van, though my daughter is mad about the space it's taking up.
