...or xtracycle, too, I suppose.

My Big Dummy spends most of it stationary time indoors, but I'm looking to take her to the local markets once a week, where she will need to be locked up for an hour or two.

What locks do you use on your Big Dummy?

What part of your frame do you lock through?

I haven't yet purchased locks for the bike, so your thoughts will help influence my purchases. In the past, I've locked my old clunker through the rear wheel/frame with a U-Lock, but that's a little tricky with the Dummy.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

lock up front wheel/frame to post using u-lock, similar to what you did with the rear wheel.

If I'm really paranoid, I'll use a cable through both v-racks/freeloaders and secure them to the frame. then I'll use my two u-locks to lock the front wheel and frame to a post and try to lock the frame to the post a second time for extra safety. Also a good idea to have a pair of safety skewers instead of quick releases on your wheels.

I use one Kryptonite and one On Guard U-lock.
