Hello! What do you think is a fair price for a 2004 Cypress LX (Giant)? The bike is "new", was not used but was kept in storage. It has several scratches all over the body. Suggested retail is $470, but that was 5 years ago... Here's a link to the specs.

i got my 2004 in 2006 for 225.00 brand new, it had few scratch's and chips, but was still new old stock.

offer 175 and see if the take it. you may need to change the tubes and tires, at about 40 to 50 dollars in total cost.

5 year old bike is worth at MOST 1/2 it's original MSRP. Down $ from there based on condition. If it's in good shape I'd pay $200 for it.
