Just curious. Coming home from South Lake Tahoe today, Sun Aug 9th, 2009, and passed a large group of cyclist on W/B Hwy 50. They were all wearing the same jersey's, and all had backpacks, so couldn't see what the jerseys said, so don't know if it was a club ride or a ride where jerseys were issued, etc.

Looked at all the No Cal calenders and didn't see anything, but looked like a fun ride and was just wondering if anybody knew what ride it was.

I can't say for sure, but I have been seeing a lot of the Lukemia/Lymphoma riders out lately doing training, so it may be that for the sacramento chapter.

I saw them too. The riders were wearing red, purple, and black jerseys.

They were blue, is all I could see. Basically, a medium blue two-tone. Kind of like looking at the colors of a lake on a nice day.

It may been these cyclists. There is an article in our local newspaper today about the riders. It says they came down Highway 50 Sunday.
