and scrambled the data a bit. Is there any way to recover the data?
I'm guessing not.
I had a fast but very bumpy descent and after hitting a significant bump, happened to look down and noticed the 305 had turned itself off. I hit the power button and then had to hit the start/stop button to resume the time. Distance info looks good, but the laps are somewhat scrambled with wrong ascent data assigned to wrong lap, etc. This when d/l to GTC.
When d/l to SportTracks, the final lap (of 3) is missing speed info and some of the map info is messed up. The bump-off happened well into lap two.
So even the various performance software show different data issues.
Is this the beginning of the fabled battery connection issue (my 305 is 14 months old) or is it likely just an anomaly caused by the bump at speed?
