And I loved it! It was bikefest in Hillsborough NC. It was hot, but the sun stayed covered for most of the ride -- we finished just as it was coming out.
I made sure I ate and drank throughout the event and stopped twice to get fruits. Apart from a case of hot feet went without a hitch. This was due to the fact that I rode in a small group of experienced cyclists who pulled most of the way... :innocent:
