Looks like he had the green when she tried to cross, one would assume against a red light.

This kinda makes me think, If you want to drive a car you need to take tests and prove your able to drive safely to obtain a license. Maybe, since bike have to obey the same rules of the road as cars, riding bikes should require a license too. Just a simple test like what color light is this and what do you do when you see it.
