I plan on purchasing a used Pinarello Cross bike, not sure what is the model, may be it's Treviso, but I have been told that Pinarello Treviso were made as a road bike, not c-cross. Most Pinarellos were made in Treviso Italy, so may be that's what it is. It have Shimano 600 components, bar-end shifters, Torelli wheelset, frame is made from Pinarello Dolmen steel. So I'm wondering what would be a good deal for this bike.
I want to start racing, but currently have no CX bike.
Here is the picture of the similar bike, but bar-end shifters instead of STI, and probably different looking wheelset:

This one is definitely a cross bike. One question I would ask is if it has cantilevers like the one pictured. If not, it's probably a road bike and I'd steer clear of it. Unless you need a nice vintage steel roadie.
I'd be kind of surprised if it was specifically designed for CX if its old enough to have 600 components, but if it has cantilever brakes and enough clearance for 35+ tires it could possibly work for cross racing.
I'm not sure I'd want to race with bar end shifters though. In general having poky things sticking out of the bike is bad. You can't underestimate how frantically you'll be tossing it on and off your shoulder. Maybe somebody here has direct experience with bar ends that they can share.

Yes, it have cantilever brakes, and bar-end shifters. Wahat would you pay for this bike?

I'd say, $ 350 - 450, little more if it had ergo shifters, and better components.
Yeah, I was going to say about $400, assuming it's in good condition.

It must be this one, it is an older version, with 600 components.
I agree with Andy K $400 tops. It is a lower-end Pinarello, and their Dolmen steel is pretty heavy for CX bike.

Thanks everyone.
Edit: does any one here own something similar?
