Basically, I'm an idiot.
Went cycling, hit the lap button on the 305 for too short of a time and went for a run. Now I have my run and cycling data smooshed together, as can be seen here:
http://connect.garmin.com/splits/10914217 (not only not very bright but also molasses).
Is there a way to separate the splits into separate workouts so I have discrete bike and run data?
