it's neat and all but 1500 euros for a folding downhill kick scooter? ouch! plus it's use is very limited to downhill only plus at 20lbs it doesn't feel like alot in that movie but with water, food and extra gear it's really going to weigh you down by the time you get up halfway.

One real application I see this is on the ski hill lifts during the summer for some nice downhilling, but then you'd bring your full size downhill bike anyways.

I agree, it's a bit expensive for what is basically a scooter.
I also realise, that, in folding bike terms, it's not that light, but the weight basically includes the luggage, which would not normally figure in the weight.
I am not sure that the VW Cabrio with the two folded FBBs sticking out ungainly in the vid, but these are small niggles.
I think it is a very strange, but niche addition, which, I'm sure will succeed!

I think the airnimal rhino does a better job of filling that niche:

You would not want to lug the (only slightly ungainly) Rhino + baggage up a Swiss mountain on your back!
I've had Airnimals on my bus & they make quite a large fold & then there is the front wheel, then start adding baggage, sorry, but the Rhino, whilst an excellent machine, is not a serious competitor for this niche machine! LOL!
