I recently bought a pair of RavX brand gloves which had some quality issues out of the box. Some bad products slip through every manufactures QC, but it's how the company deals with it that makes the difference. I called the company and spoke to a very helpful man who promptly offered to send me a new pair of gloves, all the way to Latvia, even though I bought the gloves while on holiday in the States. That's top notch customer service!! The long and short of it is that RavX is a stand-up company. They've got my business!

In my experience most companies are more than willing to help out with problems when you act reasonably. Avid sent me a whole new brake set when the local distributor told me it would take over a year to get a rebuild kit. Top notch all the way.
Well I finally got the gloves. RavX posted them within a few days of me calling, and sent them Global Express (which is quite expensive and usually VERY fast). The package was lost somewhere along the way (I suspect in the Latvian customs warehouse) and finally a month and a half later made it to me.
