what a past couple days its been. that heat just saps your energy and makes you sweat your clothes clear.
hard to keep hydrated! its alot more enjoyable than rain but man without water youre in trouble quick!

For real! With all the humidity on top of that, I've been sweating like crazy. One ride I lost about 2-3 lbs in just water weight. I try to carry enough water and refill along the ride. Personally, I like riding in the rain better :).

Enjoy it folks. It felt like it might snow here on Friday (Aug 14).
I actually really enjoyed the hot days in Winnipeg when I lived there. I always wondered why so many people complained about them ... especially after going through the winters there!
But from what I've heard there have been about 2 weeks in September that were decent. The rest of the summer was pretty cool and rainy. If that's the case, there should be no complaining at all about a little heat.
