There is Intense Tracer for sale ($660), a frame build up, and I'm would like opinions on this bike. I'm not familiar with this model, seems a bit heavy. Does it have a 1.5" headset?
I have been looking for a used Stumpjumper XC with disk brakes. However this Intense Tracker is interesting. Below are the specifics.
Thanks in advance,
Uni
The add reads:
I built this bike from a bare frame (used 2003 model, size large, 24"TT) in July of 2007 and only rode it 30 times total (only 5 times in 2008). Most of the components were new in 2007, including:
Fox F80 RLT fork with lockout and adjustable rebound and travel (2006 model),
Raceface ATLAS X-Type crank (new in 2008)
Shimano XT Shadow rear derailleur (new in 2008)
Thomson Seat post,
Specialized S-Works carbon handlebar ,
Mavic X3.1 Tubeless Wheelset with XTR hubs,
SRAM 9 speed 34-12 cassette for getting up those steep hills
The following were used, but are in good usable condition:
Fox Float RC rear shock with lockout and adjustable rebound (leaks down from 200psi to 150psi over the course of a week, but holds 150psi),
SRAM 9.0 Hydraulic Disk brakes (new pads in July),
Deore Shifters with new shift cables
Specialized Roll-X tires (non-tubeless)
*pedals are not included*,
The bike is in good riding condition and currently needs nothing done. It weighs 29lbs and is built to withstand the abuse of a 6' 200lb rider. You couldn't build a bike like this right now for under $2000. It should fit someone 5'10" to 6'2"
