Hello. This year will be my first Triple Bypass. Anyone else here doing it? The weather looks like it will be cooperating, but I am expecting some late afternoon showers.

Did you have a good ride? I remember you were asking question about nutrition and such a while ago.
The Triple is kinda my B-Day ride. Did you see my last year's birthday cake on the way up Squaw? I can't believe that paint lasted more than a year.
I rode with my GF and my boss but we kept finding friends along the way.
I went for 40 yesterday to shake out the legs.
