Hi everyone,
I just have a quick question on nutrition here,
I commute every day to go to work, the ride is about 15k. I was just wondering what should I eat before and after my commute.
Thanks,
Julian

A healthy breakfast like you would eat even if you didn't ride to work, and a healthy snack 2-3 hours later. 15k doesn't require any special nutrition.

Except that 15k X 2 = 30k X 5 = 150k. That's starting to get to be a fair bit of mileage if you ride weekends, too. I'd eat a little protein here and there, especially if your legs seem to get sorer from day to day, or you start to feel tired.

Thanks, it is true that my legs are feeling a little sore today (I only started commuting monday, I guess my legs are no quite used to it yet)
