I have been riding my mtb on dirt county roads in rural Nebraska doing upwards of 20+ miles...
as well as occasional jaunts in the Pine Ridge area for some single track goodness...
I have 2 types of pedals some straight up Shimano SPD clipless and the Shimano SPD with clipless on one side and a cage style on the other (love these by the way)
and Shimano MTB shoes...
getting hot spots on my feet... not so much when I single track cause I am off the bike more... tried adjusting lugs and what not but still getting them...
any clues?
