Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I have a Garmin 60CSx. I use Garmin Base Camp and an older version of Na. Geo. Topo, but none of these show bike trails like the Katy Trail I was wondering if anybody knew of any mapping software that shows bike routes?

Have you looked at any of the Topo maps that Garmin sells. I seem to recall that they show hiking trails, not sure aboup MUP's though. You are able to preview them on Garmins website so you don't necessarily have to buy it before you see it.

Thanks I'll check it out. I was thinking about 3rd party maps if anybody knows any available.

If you're willing to put up with a little tinkering, it appears that openstreetmap.org has many trails. The Katy Trail is mostly in there, as far as I can tell. There are some missing sections and the spelling is inconsistent, but the beauty of openstreetmap is you can fix it if you need to.
Getting the maps onto the Garmin is not necessarily completely straightforward, but there are premade packages available based on the osm data (see, for example cloudmade.com) if you're willing to wait for updates rather than building your own maps. Instructions for making your own maps are at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin
