Pretty simple question: Will a 23.8mm brake lever fit on a 24mm drop bar without any problems? I figure it will but I thought I'd gather your knowledge before I make my purchase. BTW, bar is a Nitto B-123 and I'm looking to mount a lever right near the stem. Thanks!

If you are going to mount the lever right against the stem, the bar diameter at that point will be 25.4 mm. Road bars are nominally 24 mm at the drops, hooks and tops but increase in diameter to 25.4, 26.0, etc. for about 2" to 3" on either side of the handlebar clamp.
